Appointment Policy
Booking online
Our online booking shows genuine, real-time availability — the times you see are actually open. When you select a time, we hold it for you for 5 minutes while you complete your details. If you don't finish within that window, the hold expires and the slot may be taken by someone else; you can simply choose a time again.
Confirmation
Once confirmed, you'll receive a booking reference and — where configured — a WhatsApp and/or email confirmation containing a secure link to manage your appointment.
Rescheduling
You can reschedule your appointment yourself at any time using the secure link sent to you, subject to genuine availability at your new preferred time. We recommend rescheduling as early as possible if your plans change.
Cancellation
You can cancel your appointment using the same secure link. We appreciate as much notice as possible so we can offer the slot to another patient.
Missed appointments (no-shows)
If you miss an appointment without cancelling, we'll follow up to check in and offer to reschedule. Repeated missed appointments without notice may affect our ability to hold same-day slots for you in future.
