Communication Consent
What you're agreeing to
When you book an appointment or submit an enquiry, you agree to receive appointment- related messages from Shukla's Dental Clinic — booking confirmations, reminders, rescheduling and cancellation notices, and occasional follow-up or recall reminders — by WhatsApp, email, and/or SMS, using the contact details you provide.
What we don't send
We do not send detailed medical or clinical information over WhatsApp, email, or SMS. Messages contain only what's needed to manage your appointment (your first name, booking reference, date/time, and a secure link to manage the appointment).
How to opt out
You can ask to stop receiving messages on a given channel at any time by replying to a message, or by calling the clinic at +91 88397 83528. Opting out of promotional/recall reminders does not affect essential messages about an appointment you have already booked, unless you ask us to stop those too.
WhatsApp specifically
We use the official WhatsApp Business Platform (Meta's WhatsApp Cloud API) to send pre-approved message templates. If a WhatsApp message cannot be delivered, we may follow up by email or a phone call from our reception team instead.
