What we collect
When you book an appointment or submit an enquiry through this website, we collect your full name, mobile number, and — if you choose to provide it — your email address and a short non-clinical note. We do not collect detailed medical or clinical history through the public website.
Why we collect it
We use this information to confirm and manage your appointment, respond to your enquiry, and send appointment-related communications (confirmations, reminders, rescheduling and cancellation notices) by WhatsApp, email, or SMS where you have consented to that channel.
WhatsApp, email, and SMS consent
By submitting the booking or enquiry form, you consent to receive appointment-related messages on the channel(s) available to us for your contact details. See our Communication Consent page for how to opt out at any time.
How long we keep it
We retain patient and appointment records for as long as reasonably necessary to provide ongoing care, meet our administrative and record-keeping needs, and comply with applicable requirements. We do not sell your information to third parties.
Analytics
We use privacy-conscious analytics to understand how the website is used. We do not send your name, phone number, email address, appointment reference, or message content to our analytics provider.
Your choices
You can ask us to stop contacting you on a given channel, correct inaccurate information, or ask what information we hold about you, by contacting the clinic directly.
